face2faceCV is putting Employers in total control of the candidate screening process direct from their desktops.

Employers send out invitations using specific questions that they create and Candidates record a video response online, direct from their webcam.

The Employer is then able to review the responses at their leisure since they're all stored in the Employers private face2face profile.

Employers can run multiple campaigns; set their own questions and invite any Candidate(s) of their choice using e-mail templates which they can personalise before sending.

Candidates can edit their video/audio response online as often as they like before they submit the finished item to the Employer.

Candidates are also able to create their own 'standard' Video CV profile online and forward it to prospective Employers if they wish.
