Pricing Prices of In2itive credits will be those in effect on the date and time of the acceptance of a completed order. (eg. Acceptance of your credit card payment). Prices of credits may be subject to regional variation due to currency fluctuations. In2itive reserves the right to change pricing of its credit units at any time. 8. Viewing Licence The purchase of a programme viewing licence(s) entitles the end user to stream one complete programme during any one browser session. Credits are deducted as the programmes are viewed and no partial credits are available. 9. Refund Policy Refunds are only offered at the discretion of the rights holder and in exceptional circumstances such as the cancellation of an event. Refunds are not offered for any issues relating to video quality and reliability. 10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend and hold In2itive and our partners, agents, officers, directors, employees, subcontractors, successors, assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, product and service providers, and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this agreement or use of the In2itive site. 11. No Warranty All video content on In2itive is provided to you on an ‘as-is’ basis and no warranties, express or implied, are made by In2itive regarding the In2itive site, service, content or your use or viewing thereof, including without limitation, warranties as to the availability, accuracy, video or audio quality and warranties of The In2itive site and all content it contains. Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implies warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you. 12. Changes to the Terms of Use In2itive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Use at its sole discretion and without advance notice to you.
