With a combined relevant experience of around 90 years, our senior management team has an established pedigree of building and operating communications technology and service businesses by providing practical and professionally managed solutions that evolve with your business.

CEO - Jeff Lenton is an entrepreneurial business and product development professional with 35 years of wide ranging experience in delivering business solutions to industry. Experienced in managing and developing organisations at all levels Jeff has held senior executive posts in Asia, Europe and North America with companies such as British Telecom and Ericsson.

Managing Director - Darren Humber is a business development professional with 23 years in the telecommunication and Internet industries, developing products, markets, business solutions and partnerships. A graduate electronic engineer and member of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management, Darren has worked around the globe dealing at board level with international blue chip companies.

Technical Director - Gary Stone is In2itive's creative hub, overseeing all technology and applications development and a true problem solver who deals with change as a matter of course. Gary has over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, supporting and evolving mission critical management information and business support systems.
